RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Made-to-Order Products Our products are custom-made for each order. We generally do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, or color preference.

EU Exception: If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery of your last item, without justification, unless the product was made to your specifications or clearly personalised. To exercise this right, contact us at contact page.

2. Accepted Returns We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Printing error
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Product damaged upon receipt

3. Return Process Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receipt via our contact page — Subject: "Order [your order number] - Issue" Step 2: Provide your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description. Step 3: Our team will review your request within 48 hours. Step 4: If approved, we will send a replacement (free of charge) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal: After notifying us, you have 14 additional days to return the item. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, including standard initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to our error or defects: covered by NOVA, we provide a prepaid return label.
  • Returns under EU right of withdrawal: return costs are the customer's responsibility.

5. Refund Timeline Upon receipt and verification of the returned item:

  • Refund processed within 14 days
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Confirmation email sent

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear or washing
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after 7 days without prior contact (excluding EU withdrawal rights)
  • Sale items or gift cards

7. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

8. Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order.

9. Quality Guarantee We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied due to a manufacturing issue, we will make it right.
