2. Prices Prices are listed in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). NOVA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
3. Orders Any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. By confirming your order, you accept our terms and conditions. You will receive a confirmation email after each order.
4. Payment Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
5. Delivery Orders are produced on-demand and shipped within 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
6. Right of Withdrawal – Made-to-Order Products Due to the personalized nature of our products (made-to-order/print-on-demand), returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Shipping error (wrong item/size/color)
- Damaged product upon receipt

8. Warranties All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French law.
9. Liability NOVA shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption, or total/partial strikes affecting production facilities, postal services, and transport providers.
