These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of streetwear products offered by NOVA on the website my-novashop.com.

2. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC).
NOVA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
By confirming your order, you accept our terms and conditions.
You will receive a confirmation email after each order.

4. Payment
Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments.
Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

5. Delivery
Orders are produced on-demand and shipped within 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country.

Production time: 2-7 business days
Shipping time: 5-25 business days (varies by location)

6. Right of Withdrawal - Made-to-Order Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products (made-to-order/print-on-demand), returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Shipping error (wrong item/size/color)
- Damaged product upon receipt
