TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of streetwear products offered by NOVA on the website my-novashop.com. Any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.

Article 2 - Prices
Prices are listed in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). NOVA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 - Orders
By confirming your order, you accept the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. You will receive a confirmation email after each order.

Article 4 - Payment
Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Article 5 - Delivery
Orders are produced on-demand and shipped within 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country.

Production time: 2-7 business days
Shipping time: 5-25 business days (varies by location)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

NOVA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal - Made-to-Order Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products (made-to-order/print-on-demand), returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Shipping error (wrong item/size/color)
- Damaged product upon receipt

If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact with photos of the issue.

Article 7 - Returns for Defective Products
If you receive a defective product or if there's a shipping error:
1. Contact us at contact within 7 days of receipt
2. Provide photos showing the defect or error
3. We will replace the item or issue a full refund
4. Return shipping costs will be covered by NOVA

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Article 8 - Warranties
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French law (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Article 9 - Liability
NOVA is committed to providing products that conform to their descriptions. Photos are not contractual. In case of non-conformity, the customer may request an exchange or refund.

NOVA shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption, or total/partial strikes affecting production facilities, postal services and transport providers.

Article 10 - Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. It will never be sold to third parties without your consent.

Article 11 - Disputes
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
