Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item, with no need to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

2. Return Conditions To be accepted, the returned item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note

3. Return Process To make a return:

  1. Visit our Contact page and send us your request with your order number
  2. We will send you the return instructions
  3. Carefully package the item
  4. Send the parcel to the address provided

4. Return Costs Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Refund Once the returned item has been received and verified, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Exchange If you wish to exchange an item (size, color), visit our Contact page. We will process your request as soon as possible.

7. Defective Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately via our Contact page with photos. We will cover the return costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned (underwear, personalised items).
